Anna Cook
Anna Cook B.Sc., M.Sc., is an industrial psychologist with extensive experience as a management consultant who has run her own very successful communications presentation company for the last twenty years.
Anna grew up in the Middle and Far East and was educated in the Lebanon, UK, Germany and Switzerland before studying communications, semantics and linguistics at the University of Aix-en-Provence in France. She obtained two degrees in psychology and was one of their first masters graduates in industrial psychology. She is bilingual in English/French and speaks German and some Italian. After graduation, she worked as a management consultant for major companies in Britain and Europe, managing organisational change and development assignments.
Since setting up her own communications presentation company she has pioneered the development of a unique approach to improving personal communications. This methodology owes much to Anna's extensive experience as a psychologist. She has worked with clients in all industrial, commercial and professional sectors, training them for television and radio, press conferences, presentations, public speaking and all forms of investor relations and new business marketing programmes.
Anna's background gives her a unique understanding of European investor communications and cross-cultural communications. Much of her work has been with financial institutions which has given her a thorough understanding of financial issues and products as well as institutional and corporate needs. She has been particularly successful in improving research analysts' ratings and in IPOs and other fundraisings on both the premarketing and the corporates' behalf, as well as in competitive pitching.
